At Roseland Furniture, we want you to love your home. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive your unique return authorization code.

  Prepare the Item

  Ensure the furniture is disassembled if necessary and securely placed back in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Schedule Collection

  Once approved, we will arrange for our specialist two-man delivery team to collect the item directly from your room of choice at a scheduled time.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
